Just found this board and wanted to give a quick intro. I'm currently in my 4th week on program. I'm so happy to have found this site. :carrot: Looks like a great place for wonderful support. Looking forward to getting to know you all better. :smug: I am a sahm of 4. I never had a weight issue until I started staying home with the kids 12 years ago. The weight has steadily increased over the past 12 years and it's time for it to go away for good!! I'm finally going to make time for me. Gotta go hit the bike for now! I'll be visiting here frequently!
