Monday, 8/21 Weigh In!!!!

  • I weighed in this morning for the first time. I have been on ww for exactly one week. I feel like I have eaten constantly. I have not been deprived. I have improved my eating habits. I exercise in 20 minutes increments every other day. And I weighed in this morning.

    The scales dropped by 5.6 lbs since last Monday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I am so sikked (sp).

    I just had to share. This is wonderful, hopeful, encouraging news to me. I know not every week will be like this, but this is a great start for me. And it motivates me to keep on, keeping on.

    I could really use some encouragement from you gals.
  • Hi, and congratulations. I just joined Weight Watchers again for the third and last time. I'm sticking with it. My first week I lost 5.6lbs., last week I was up by 1.2 lbs. but I knew where I got off track and I stayed within my points along with exercising 20 minutes everyday. I weighed in this morning and lost 3.4lbs for a total of 7.8 lbs. lost since 8/1.

    I encourage you to stick with the program. The first time I joined I lost 16 lbs. and thought I could just follow the program at home. I was wrong. There is nothing like the support from meetings and the accountability of weighing in once a week. I maintained the loss but did not lose any more.

    I've even heard life-timers say they still need the support and accountability and once you reach goal and are a life time member you never have to pay for meetings again.
