Default Good morning

Junebug222 here...I have been lurking the board for a couple
of days...Lots of great tips and food points...Wonderful..
Love it.. Not sure where to post...I really want to lose 50 lbs.

Have printed out some recipits...Went to the store.. Have been
on this ww diet Wed..8/2/06..
weight is 204...4 ft. 11.5 tall.. So I need some support...

Helps me to stay on ww...I have 54lbs to lose...

Default Re weigh in night

Hey everyone,

sorry i havent been coming in here much lately been a bit slack but buzy. well tonight at meeting i was shockingly suprised when i jumped on the scale and it said i lost 2.6 kgs. wow i couldnt believe it. because i have fallen off the food band wagon. i had two parties to go to and when i lost my first 5kgs i rewarded myself with food. i know that wasnt the right thing to do but i couldnt resist. But now the parties are over and done with i am able to concentrate on my points control. All up so far i have lost 4.7kgs. i did lose 5kgs but i put half of the weight back on as when i did lose 3.1 kgs i was sick the week before with bronchitis and i was eating very much. but when i became better i ate better again and gained the 3.1 kgs back on but tonight at weigh in i lost 2.6kgs.

My goals for this week is to track points and exersice more i will even start walking.
