You don't have to eat snacks, if you don't need them. You can save those points for mealtime. Personally, eating snacks helps me to keep my blood sugar level, but if you don't have a problem with that, or hunger, I don't see why you should eat when you don't want to. Although you didn't ask for advice about this, I highly recommend that you begin eating your flex points. The higher number of points you eat while losing, the higher your maintenance points will be. Keep up the good work! :)

ty Jane .. problem is .. if i don't eat snacks like an apple or orange or popcorn or something .. i am not sure i could get all my points in ... i talked to my sil today and she is havin the opposite problem .. uses so many points by supper time she is about out.. difference is i guess is she eats foods high in points where i tend to eat food less in points just more food.. am gettin all my vegetables and fruits and milk.. i just feel like i eat too much.. am not sure i could get my flex points unless i ate junk which i am avoiding.. i have my meeting thursday so gonna have my advisor look over my notebook and see what she says ... just feel so ..full!

I'm not WW, but in general it is much healthier to eat more often because when you go too long without food, your body questions where its next meal is coming from and conserves a little. I'm not saying you have to eat snacks, but I am applauding that you are eating low points because that shows a much healthier diet. Enjoy the food. Eat it. It'll help your maintence not be so low. Perhapbs before when you were eating less often, you were eating junky food and more likely bigger portions. It does make a difference. Keep up the good work!
