I'm back from a weekend of boating on the lake/river - Yikes, stepped on the scale at home this am & was up 4 pounds - hopefully, that should correct itself because I thought I did pretty decent over the long weekend.
B: Decaf coffee 0/0 Baker's breakfast cookie 4/4 FF yogurt w/cereal 3/7 L: Turkey sandwich on 2 slices LF bread 2/9 Carrots 0/9 Fruit 1/10 D: Chicken breast 4/14 1 cup skim milk 2/16 Steamed veggies 0/16 Potatoes 3/19 Snack: FF sherbet 5/24 Exercise: none :( Water: 72 oz |
good morning, back at work, ugh...
b: puffed wheat, raisins, almonds, milk 6 coffee L: boca burger sand 2 spinach apple 1 d: brown rice 2 tofu sauteed w/zucchini & onions 3 snack: choc milk 2.5 pretzel 1 hard candies 1.5 1/4 cantaloupe 1 total: 20 exercise: still just strolling, with the knee. Actually now the discomfort is working its way down to the calf. Hopefully it will be out of the toes soon! --- took a walk 1.5 miles not fast -1 ww weighin: 128# right at goal weight |
ah. tuesday, could be monday looking at my coworkers...
breakfast: luna bar 4/4 coffee 1/5 snack: apricots 1/6 mozz cheese 2/8 lunch: turkey 1/9 snack: soy nuts (2) + 1 T choc chips (1) 3/12 bites of dp's chocolate chip cookie 2/13 TJ mini pizza thing 3/16 dinner: tomatoes chanterelles pasta (tagliolini) 4/21 skinny cow 2/23 sprite (feeling kind of queasy) 2/25 exercise: dog putter am, dog putter pm, gym for sure - did it, 35 min hilly bike ride water: 32 oz. so far vitamin:si,si calcium: 40 % from mozz, 35 from luna, need a viactiv or sumpthing canning: si,si- yikes, yikes, lots of hot peppers to cut up! |
Hey all... need to make up for yesterday's indulgence...
morning (3) cof - 1, 1/2 bagel - 2 midday (7) yup fish tacos - 5 pear - 1 freeze dried fruit snack - 1 evening (10) swordfish - 4, rice - 3, bok choy - 1 skinny cow - 2 Total - 20 - (banking 5 points that were already spent yesterday) Exercise - 3 miles - 45 min hi intense walking (3 activity points) |
