Decaf coffee 0/0 FF yogurt w/cereal mixed in 3/3 Baker's breakfast cookie 4/7 L: The turkey sandwich I didn't eat yesterday 2/9 Carrots 0/9 Fruit 1/10 D: 1 cup skim milk 2/12 Steamed veggies 0/12 Boca burger on 2 slices LF bread 2/14 Baked french fries 4/18 Snack: WW 2 pt bar 2/20 FF/SF Blue Bunny ice cream 4/24 Water: 96 oz plus Exercise: 3.35 mile walk pushing 40 lb DD in her stroller (whew!) Mowed the yard (1 hour) Point Range: 18-25 |

breakfast: mozz sticks 2/2 coffee lunch: salad 2/4 israeli salad (marinated vegs and feta (didn't eat) 1/5 salt and potato chips 2/7 snack: eas bar 4/11 dinner: chicken tortellini 7/18 chard w/balsamic vinegar artichoke mayo 1/19 skinny cow 2/21 bread 2/23 exercise: dog putter nothing else water: si,si vitamin: si,si (guy on plane across from me was sick) :( over the week points: -77 sigh. |
