Good morning all! Raining here in southern Wisconsin....
B: Coffee 0/0 Oatmeal 2/2 Baker's breakfast cookie 4/6 L: McDonald's fruit & yogurt parfait w/o topping 5/11 D: Neighborhood block party - big challenge to resist some of the goodies....Yikes, here we go - overdid it a little.... Grilled pork chop 4/15 Broc/Cauliflower mixed w/LF cheese thingy 3/18 Cole slaw salad 3/21 Pasta salad 4/25 Glass wine 2/27 1/2 yummy brownie 3/30 Additional bites, licks, tastes 4/34 Water: 72 oz plus Exercise: doubtful - have a meeting this pm & must go shopping this morning - none, just power shopping in the mall - gotta get those rock-bottom prices on summer stuff! |
Ate out tonight at a Japanese restaurant. I love Japanese food. I can eat and eat and eat and still stay within my points.
Morning ww smoothie with soy milk 3 strawberries 1 Midday snackwell devil food cookies 2 boca burger 1 bread 1 tomato 0 stuffed grape leaves 1 ww bar 2 Evening miso soup 2 seaweed salad 2 edamame 2 sashimi 6 steamed veggies 0 tofu 2 Total: 25 Exercise: A lot of walking as well as some yoga |

this is my humdinger, bring it on and wonder why i haven't lost any weight day.
okay, let it roll. breakfast: um, blueberry pancakes, not lf, with sour cream and all that rot. 7/7 coffee 1/8 snack: i'm sure (soynuts, m&ms) 4/12 ginger 3/15 coffee lunch: bagel chips 3/18 tomatoes, basil and vinegar left over crab quiche 5/23 fruit 1/24 dinner: snacks (cheese pre dinner) 2/27 lobster salad (bought three extras for this) lobster;celery,green onion,little bit of mayo, lots of lemon juice 4/31 blts: 3/34 exercise: none water:si,si vitamins si,si |
