It is a cloudy day here in central Illinois. Rain and stormy weather shall prevail today:(
Breakfast: 1 cup Special K w/red berries 2/2 1 cup Sunsoy Milk 1/3 2 pc Wonder Light bread 1/4 1 tblsp sugar free jam 0/4 Snack: Fruit and Yogurt Parfait -Yoplait Light Vanilla Yogurt 2/6 -1/2 c blueberries & 1/2c strawberries and 1/8 c All Bran sprinkled on 1/7 Lunch: Leftovers Steamed broccoli with 1/2 cp brown rice sesame ginger sauce 1.5/8.5 Snack: 1 1/3 cup Honey Comb dry cereal 2/10.5 apple 1/11.5 Dinner: Romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, FF Italian 0/11.5 Homeade spicy black bean soup 3/14.5 Cheese Quasadilla (2 whole wheat flour tortillas, pc 2% cheddar cheese, fresh cilantro and tomatoes) 3/17.5 Light Sour Cream - 2tblsp 1/18.5 Snack: 3/4 cup dry Cinnamon Life Cereal 2/20.5 Vitamin: yes water: no exercise: jogged for an hour in park when the sun came out |

Allright, Lala - I'll bite... what's scary potato salad??? I've already fallen into a baaad morning habit. Fresh out of the oven french croissants. ooo boy. Morning (9) croissant - 5 cof - 1 1/2 bagel - 2 lox - 1 Midday - need to be pretty carefull (possbily will do some kyaking to burn some off) Evening poss. steak 7 veggies - 1 potato - 2 water - not drinking enough exercise - bicycle 1 hr med intensity - 2 banked points ( 5 from yesterday + 2 today = 7 avail) |

scarey potato salad is really sour potato salads served on airlines. If I had a radioisotope, I could probably trace the same batch of potato salad throughout my travel year. I think they just recycle it. because, what is a meal if it does not consist of: potato or macaroni salad bread a sandwich w/bread served with a miniscule amount of salad a sweet ice cream dessert (good but not that good) and 2 baileys and coffee and of course, the requisite diet coke or: the business man's transcontinental diet....... maybe i fly too much. anyways, going out tomorrow am, hope to be in maine by dinnertime. lala |
