Hello there. I'm new too, I just joined last night. I have about 120 pounds to lose and no idea which diet plan to try. I just know I have to do something. I'm thinking of joining ww "again". The meetings in our area are on Monday. I'm in WV, and from what I understand we are 49th in obesity in the U.S. I hope you and I can help each other!
