Lose weight, shoe size gets smaller.

I'm a 5.5M and its hard for me to buy shoes any more.

I have about four pairs of delmans and love them, I think I would rather be 20 lbs lighter and with smaller feet though.

How are your rings fitting?

I just didn't think it would be that drastic. Those Delmans are very cute. You and I are at opposite ends of the size spectrum. I wear 11 1/2; again hard to find shoes. I hold on to mine till they fall apart (or get too big).

Whoops, forgot to answer your other question. With my rings, it seems to change all the time. Some days loose, some days tight.

Well ladies, the humidity got me yesterday at the scale--I was up 5# from the week before!!! I couldn't believe it! Sure, I had a few beers and some chips but nothing that would've put on 5# worth! I'm thinking it's from the humidity and heat and am hoping that next week it will be gone. I'm drinking lots of water and hoping that it'll get things flushed out of my system. My rings are a little loose today but then they were loose yesterday too so I can't tell.

It was sprinkling this morning when I got to work and en route it started to pour so my feet were slipping around on my sandals so I decided it was better to take them off and walk in the rain barefoot rather than twisting/breaking my ankle. Gotta admit I felt like a kid walking barefoot in the rain :)

Melissa, no way (or is that weigh)! I can't believe 5#. That is just too much in one week.

Re: taking your shoes off, we in Florida often do that in the summer when there are torrential downpours, plus it saves your shoes.

I'm learning to take off my shoes as soon as I'm in the house and putting on my clogs, that boy is going to be torture on the shoes.

Its humid here and though I've been POP, my rings are tight and everything feels heavy.

Ack. its only june.

lala, yes, puppies do like shoes. Do you have an old pair for him to have? : )

Plans for the weekend: attend an appreciation luncheon for theater volunteers; play some golf with DH. That's about it.

Puppies cannot discern between beaten up tennis shoes and prada loafers, so no.

I can't wait for doggie bootcamp on Saturday. Should be fun!

I'm just getting ready to leave the office...a nice short day in a nice short week. The weather looks pretty scary today and tomorrow but nice again on Sunday. Tonight we're going to a graduation party. Not too much planned for the rest of the weekend. I'm going to try and stay OP!

Have a great weekend. I weigh on sundays, so I'll be very good until sunday at 9:00 am. :)

Weather here looks awful too. Puppy training tomorrow am and then garden clean up and house clean up and lala may end up getting a pedicure. I hate doing that on a weekend.
