thanks angel i need all the support i can get. ive already exercised a bit and had a healthy breakfast and a ton of water so im on the right track. my iniitial wi will be sat a.m. id like to see a 2 lb drop by then so we'll see.

Just imagine... if we had kept with it back in 2002, we'd be there, girlfriend!!! I keep seeing ladies on here who have lost 40-50 lbs since 1/1/06, and keep thinking ~ man! I gotta just stick with this thing!!!

I made a fresh start this week as well. I went back to a WW meeting, weighed in and have been totally on track since them. I'm journalling, drinking water and doing everything right!
I know we can do this!
