Hey everbody! New here and needing support. I don't have a whole lot of motivation or self dicipline. As I'm getting older, I'm noticing my body getting more out of shape. I think I've become way too comfortable with my husband, not focusing on my health. Love is the greatest. Anyways, I look forward to swaping stories and learning many things. Hope to jump in with you all real soon.

Yup, lose the weight now... you'll thank yourself later! Some of us are beating ourselves up for hanging on to our weight for too long.

Welcome!!!!!!!!!!! There are a lot of nice people to chat with and vent with. The goal is to stick with it and get some exercise in. That has been helping me!!!
