Starting over again
So I fell off the wagon, however I have gotten back on. I am trying the Weight Watchers thing, my friend lost a lot of weight on it. I have a really good attitude about this. It may have to do with the fact that I am the Maid of honer in my best friends wedding.... It may be because i just want to have some self confidence.
Any tips on Weight Watches, Are greatly appreciated! ~Heather~:carrot: |
I don't have any Weight Watchers tips, but I can say that the support that you will get here is unbelieveable! Keep the goal in mind - to me that is so important. When I forget what I'm striving for - a healthy, thin body, I tend to overeat. Last night I went to dinner with a friend of mine and ordered Manicotti. I ate a small portion and brought it home to have for lunch today. I just kept thinking of how badly I want to wear cute clothes, and that did the trick. We're all behind you. Use this forum all the time - it really does help!

Weight Watchers is a great program because it doesn't cut anything out of your diet, it focuses strongly on moderation! Which is a great tool to success!

Weight watchers is a good program. Very geared toward eating healthy and providing support, which you can find here too!!
I follow the points system and so far it hasn't been too bad. I've been on it since 4/20/06. I go for my second weigh in tomorrow! I'm a little nervous! I've been walking too. About a mile and a half right now, but I want to step it up to 2 miles next week and hope to get to at least 3 miles. Keep motivated, come here often. Good luck!!!!!!!! |
