I'm at home today while the cleaning guy is around. The dog just won't get off the couch for him. breakfast: coffee power bar 4/4 snack: apricot 1/5 lunch: low carb tortilla 3/8 peanut butter 1/9 turkey meat 1/10 dinner: smart dog, good dog (not mine today) 1/11 cookie :( 2/13 decaf iced americano w/1/2cup nf milk 1/14 grilled chicken 1/15 caesar salad w/lemon and .5t dressing 1/16 croutons (five, though real) 2/18 exercise: leg weights and 35 min bike ride run this am with dog water:si,si vitamin:si,si |

Morning (5) bagel - 4 cof - 1 Midday (7) yup another beautiful day for Fish Tacos - 5 WW bar - 2 Evening (20) went out with another couple - Italian fare bread - 5 appetizers - 5 entree - veal 3 sauce/oil - 5 veggies - 0 dessert bites - 2 Total points 32 - 7 banked points = 25 water - 32oz exercise - brisk walk 1/2 hr 2+ miles |

do you still have to order, or when they see you coming they basically have your order ready at the fish taco place. Inquiring minds want to know :)? the starbucks by our house (one of the original ones, way back when) used to have our drinks ready when they saw us coming by. It was great and they would even have some whipped cream ready for the dog. That was before it became a megamonopolistic indiethrashing global powerhaus, which as much as i hate it, makes going through the st. louis airport more pleasant. lala |

Okay, now I really want to know - what is a fish taco?
I'm picturing: taco shell fish - but what kind and how prepared? salsa? cheese? shredded lettuce & stuff? |
