:dizzy: I am feeling sad I was hungry for chips and I broke down and bought a bag I did buy the smallest I could find and I did look for the ones with olestra or the Lay's baked ones and they didn't have them. I know what I did wrong I didn't eat anything but a bagel cause I had to work a long shift today and I got too hungry and tired, I only ate 1 meal today and I watched so I might have stayed in my points I am going to add them now but I am upset with myself cause I know better I know to leave disappointment behind I am going to the grocery store now after the thunderstorm passes and get something to put in my fridge I have in my office room in my house so it doesn't happen again:lol: sky blue

It is SOOOOOO oK to eat chips
 

This plan is not about punishment or guilt or confession.... Please.
If you NEED to eat chips -- fine. You write them down in your journal, you have accounted for them, and it's ok.

Do we want you to eat fruit and vegetables? of course. Do we assign points to chips? of course. The reality is that we eat what we NEED to eat, what we want to eat. As long as you understand that you need to "account" for them -- that is, allocate point, you're all set. Are you a WW member? Then you will see in the meeting rooms poster of all foods... with their points (including chips.)

You did not commit a venal sit. You ate what you wanted to, and understood that you added them into you day's total. Fine. move passed it and tomorrow is another day, with other choices, other needs, other stimulus. You're fine and we are there for you. Smile. It's a good thing! love ya.

large arial royal blue Thanks for your support Leader I am a weight watcher member I joined the end of January,2001 and I have lost 30 lbs. I seem to be at a plateau now and I still would like to lose at least50 lbs yet. I counted my points and I went over by 2 points so I will stay at the low end of my points tomorrow.
