Hey LM... you definitely sound cheery this morning. Well I went overboard last night a bit too much wine and food. But walked off a bit of it this morning. Morning (6) nectarine - 1 cof - 1 bagel - 4 Midday (6 pts) Fish Tacos - 5 I know... my hubbly couldn't believe it either! fruit - 1 take 94% fat free popcorn to movies - 3 Dinner (14) 1 martini - 2 tuna tartare - 2 trout sauteed in way too much butter- 7 potatoes - 1 bite of risotto - 1 spinach - 1 Total 29 - 4 activity points = 25 Activity - 1 hr brisk walking - 3 pts earned total bnkd = 2.5 total activity = 1.5 |
yeah for you all, sleeping in and all. I was serendaded by Royapoya the 15 year old cat w/6 year old lungs and the dog, who insisted on going out at 4:15. Between this and the &^%(! blue angels, it could be a long weekend.

Well, I survived my birthday with my food obsessed parents. You wouldn't believe how many times I had to say "No thanks" to them and of course they bought me a cheesecake. That I just couldn't say "no thanks" to. But the choice of eating at Red Lobster was a good one and while I did go over my points, I did have enough banked to make up for it. It was worth it for a good time.
