Hi Joyce welcome I am new myself and have been on the plan now 9 weeks and am only down 14 lbs. I was on the plan once before and had lost over 60 then gained most of it back due to being in the hospital and falling off the band wagon. I have also had finacial problems. I am married too and have one child and work full time and have two illnesses in my way to conquer diabetes since I was 17 and now Asthma. I am on track now and even began to excercise I have my own treadmill and recently purchased an Eliptical at an auction.
