b: cheerios, almonds, raisins, milk 6 coffee L: 1/2 reg ham sandwich 4 pickle cucumber salad 1 peach 1 d: grilled lemon chicken 5 corn on cob/butter 3 salad w/lt dsg .5 broccoli brd butter 2 snack: pretzel 1 choc milk 2.5 hc ice cream 3 (just plain pigging out) again no exercise: this is going to be a tough week with a lot of eating out for work and missing my exercise classes. oy vey - BUT LO! I did a little something good which was to go down to the gym before the lunch meeting and fit in 20 minutes of stairmaster -1 total: 29 |

Hey there KT, LM, Lala and Jamie... good to be back.
I pretty much blew it over the weekend. Probably will show weight gain today (Mon) or at least not lose. :( update: OK - the WW gods were with me today... I actually lost .6 lbs bringing me to 135.4 just .6 away from original goal and 5.4 away from ideal goal. Morning cof - 1 Midday Fish Tacos - 5 2 pt WW bar- 2 Evening estimate salmon - 6 oil - 2 veggies w/ oil - 1 1 c pasta w/ oil - 5 blueberries - 1 water - 32 oz Banked: 2 pts banked --- exercise - 1 hr. 15 min - hi activity 5 pts earned Total : 23 |
