Another beautiful Sunday, the crickets are chirping, the bees are buzzing...

Real active day. Felt like I was going nonstop. Now I am ready to just melt into the couch for a little while before going to bed.
Morning vigoraide soy protein drink Midday refried beans 3 brown rice 4 jalapenos 0 veggie slices soy cheese 2 rice cake with soy butter 2 Evening fish kebobs 5 potatoes 3 Total: 23 Exercise: kickboxing, cleaning |
I am so proud of myself-I have stayed on pts every day ths week except the first day!!! I did good today too. Going to the zoo with my mom tomorrow.
Breakfast cereal 2, milk 1 ice cream bar 2 Lunch english muffin 2, ff cream cheese 1, chips 3, pickles, popsicle .5 Dinner salad, dressing 1, chips 1, lasagne(1/2) 5, gum, popcorn 2, parmesan cheese 1 Total 21.5 window washing and other service for exercise. |

Sunday's gone but I just want to check in. I had a very high point weekend and prob. won't lose Monday at weigh-in.
