I am a male so unsure but I thnik if you nurse you will be riding yourself of 500 extra cals a day. Sounds like a work out with out hitting the weights. I only know this b/c my fiance is a nurse / RN in training

Hi Jeva, :wel3fc:

I believe for your weight, you need 30 points. See here: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=72184

There is also a special forum just for WW in case you didn't see it. You can find that here: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=2

Good luck to you!

I am moving this over to the Weight Watchers section of the forum-you should be able to get more answers over there.

You get 10 extra points for nursing too, so 40 pts plus your 35 flex points a week. Don't short your points, your milk supply will suffer.
Congrats on the baby and starting back up with WW!
