Good morning!!! (Laurel got some sleep last night; the world is looking brighter)
b: the usual puffed wheat, raisins, almonds milk 6 coffee L: french-thai place... salad 3 crab spring roll 3 "big bowl" noodles, broth, beef, bean sprouts 8 bites of pad thai 4 d: depends on lunch - so pretty much I don't think there will be dinner, maybe some veggies - later that evening...in keeping with my determination to eat according to hunger, I felt quite hungry this evening so i had... grilled chz sand 3 oriental veg mix peach 1 total: 29, but i still feel a little hungry, i think it's due to not sleeping enough, will wait 1/2 hour and if still hungry will be forced to have 1/2 cup of hc ice cream exercise: no... |

B: Coffee 0/0 Oatmeal 2/2 Snack: Baker's breakfast cookie 4/6 L: none - was busy & couldn't eat where I was (otherwise ya know I woulda....) Snack: FF yogurt w/Kashi cereal 3/9 D: 1/2 cup skim milk 1/10 Boca burger on 2 slices LF bread w/half slice LF cheese 2.5/12.5 Steamed carrots, squash, zucchini 0/12.5 Baked french fries 4/16.5 Few bites of watermelon .5/17 Snack: 94% FF microwave popcorn 2/19 Water: 100 oz Exercise: Mowed the grass (1 hour) Point Range: 18-25 |

Yogurt 2 oatmeal with milk 3 L: Turkey 3 cheese 1 bread 1 pretzels 2 snacks: Peach 1 Plum 1 luna 3 D: 3 egg omelet with alot veggies and a tiny bit of butter 7 turkey bacon 1 cheese 1 Snack FF pudding with Ff cool whip 2 Total: 28 Carla Ps by the way Laurel, your breakfast always sounds so good; glad you got some sleep! |

Breakfast cereal 3, milk 1 Lunch subway sandwich 5, crackers 2, candy 1 Snack 2 toast 2, jam 1 Dinner Potatoe 3, ff sour cream 1, peas, 1/2 banana 1 Snack bag popcorn 1.5, 2 pt bar 2 Total 23.5 exercise: Tae Bo basic doing better today!:) I am going to a youth conference this weekend. Hopefully I'll be too busy to eat! |
