Thai Noodle Shrimp Salad - points???
I need your help in figuring points for this recipe ...it sounds too good to pass up! I roughly tried to figure it out, just using my blonde brain, WW points finder and a calculator, and came up with 8 points per serving (without using the peanuts for garnish) ...can anyone please tell me how close I am? Here's the recipe:

Thanks to anyone and everyone that figures this out! Hugs, Chris |
