Default Journal-Saturday July 21

Good morning. Just went out and mowed my lawn-good exercise! I am feeling much better about things. Also, my neighbor pointed something out to me-I just went of birth control pills(we are trying to have a baby) and my hormones are probably out of wack. Thanks for all the support! Here's yesterday's list, I went to my cousin's wedding-hence the strange dinner.

Breakfast
2 banana bread slices, 3

lunch
couscous 2, crackers 3, plum 1, 2 graham crck 2, sucker 1

dinner
fruit 2, 2 eclairs 6, sandwich(small) 3, drink 1, veggies and dip 1

total 27

exercise: aerobics

Hey there chee - good to have you "back". And you're right going off bc pills can wreak havoc on your body and hormones.

and looks gals... no fish tacos... probably the rest of the blueberries though

Midday(3)

4 rice cakes - 2

dinner (16)
2 glasses wine-2 1/2 pc rest. brd / 1/2 bread stick-2
4 oz fish- 3 lemon caper sauce - 3 spinach -0 oil - 1 mellon-1
prociutto - 3 pasta/meat sauce - 2

wee - not too bad 27 pts - 2 activity = 25

1 hr med Activity - earned 2 pts. I actually was able to do a pretty brisk walk again w/out my back aching. see ya all later - Patch -
