Newbie wants to know about the challenge
Hi all,
I am new here. I am a lifetimer. Lost about 15 pounds to reach my top of goal. Had wanted to lose about 10 more but have ended up gaining back 7. Can't get motivated to get back on program. This challenge seems to make sense. Try to get me back to writing everything down. How does the "challenge" work? Thanks! Tigerblue |

Hey there Tigerblue - glad to have you join the fun.
Basically the 12 Week Challenge Thread - is a WW Journal Diary tracking deal. You know those spiral bound 12 Week Journal Diaries WW sells for $4.00? That's what we use when we're offline. When we "plug in" we try to check in daily with our food points and struggles, and then go on the 12 Week Challenge thread to post what that's meant for the week. It's really amazing. I too had gained 14 lbs above my ideal goal back, and since really working this, I've lost at least 4 lbs. others have lost as well. The gals in this are the most incredible bunch of people, I've had the privilege to know. The support and motivation are awesome. If you have any specific questions, I'd be more than happy to "elaborate" for ya. - Patch - |
