b: puffed wheat, raisins, almonds, milk 6.5 coffee l: ham & chz (lt) sand 3 broccoli w/bit of dt ital dsg peach 1 d: linguine 3 meatballs 3 sauce cooked with pork 3 salad w/lt dsg .5 snack: 1/2 oz cheddar chz 1 pretzel bits .5 choc milk 2.5 1/2 cantaloupe 2 total: 26 exercise: weights class -2 Going for an average of 27 points per day and see if I maintain. Last week I averaged 28 points and either stayed the same or lost 1 pound (my inaccurate scale). |
Morning Gals!
I've been under a good deal of family stress lately and have not been sleeping well. I seem to be taking it out on food stuff - especially at dinner - the last 3 days. So I just want to put it out there - that I don't want to slide back into old habits.
Morning egg - 2 cof - 1 Midday Chicken - 3 Salad w/ oil - 1 Tabouli - 2 Cucumber Vinegrette - 0 fruit - 1 Evening (13) glass wine - 2 Chicken - 2 humus - 2 bread - 1 soup - 3 2 bites BLT - 3 Total : 23 |
I weighed in today. I lost 1.4 lbs. I am so happy!
