I am new as well to ww and 3fc. So far i have enjoyed doing both. They both keep my attention on making a change that i have needed to make for a while concerning my weight. I am 22 and weigh 224 pounds and i have put on 100 pounds in the past four years and that cannot be good for anyone to do. Also, i am getting married in a year and a 1/2 so i have got to loose some major weight soon.

I tried many diets most of my life. Through High School (ugg, I can't believe howlong ago that was (giggle) I was athletic, so I really didn't start getting "chunky" till after. I feel with WW I have finally found something that is livable. I take it one day at a time. I was once 275, and I'm not at 184.5, heading to 135! Good luck to you all, and remember, one day at a time, and don't beat yourself up if you have a slip up. Everything in moderation. It's not what you eat one day, it's what we eat "everyday" that matters. Eat, Breathe & Move! :-)
