I'm exercising daily and now the kids have gotten into it too and we've got a family membership at the gym. They really do learn by example!! The one thing I've given myself permission for this time is to not kill myself over exercising but by making it liveable (sometimes I'm there 2 or 3 times a day for shorter spurts) I look forward to going instead of having to face a killer session.... It's more doable for me and my schedule. What's that??? Lifestyle you say??? Cheers, L
