Hey there - 13thers
I'm in a pissy mood this morning and just want to put it out there that - I don't want to fall back on old habits of overeating 'cause I'm upset with "whatever". Any inspiration, good cheer, good news, etc. would be greatly appreciated to get me out of my head. Morning cof - 1 Midday Vietnamese lunch vermicelli - 4 beef - 2 fish juice - 1 sm egg roll - 2 Dinner 4 oz pork - 6 crm sauce - 3 bok choy - 0 1/2 tsp oil - 1/2 1/2 glass wine 0 1 ice cream - 2 total - 22 1/2 point yeah! banked 2 1/2 points. light walk 1/2 hr. FYI I'll be setting up our Week #4 for the Challenge (can you believe it'll be a full month we've been on it? And it shows!) |

I'm feeling your pain (or is it my sunburned nose?). Here are things to make one happy: soon there will be true fresh corn, tomatoes and basil that a basset hound is happiest when he hears my car door slam and knows he's going for a w-a-l-k that fresh peaches taste just as good, if not better than peach ice cream +++++that you have managed to bring alot of interesting and lively discussion into a forum that was lagging a bit and is now downright bubbly!+++++++++++++++++++++:):):) so good for you! now, if you are feeling up to it, go give yourself a pat on the back and find a recipe for a nice light basil and tomato salad! lala |

Well, my son came home today and the surgery went great. I did pretty good too:) And I ate ok as well.
yesterday: Breakfast cereal 3 milk 1 Lunch salad-1 fruit pop 1 bagel 5 diet juice cherries 1 rice krispie 2 dinner nachos 11 pudding 2 salad total 27 pts Today Breakfast fruit cup 1 cereal 2 milk 1 Lunch veggies & dip 1, juice 1, crackers 3, blue cheese 2 snack ice cream bar 2 dinner waffle 5, maple syrup 2, egg 2, juice 1 popcorn 1.5 total 24.5 exercise: bike for 30 minutes |
