Morning! Lost 1.8 pounds last night at my meeting, so that was exciting!

I did ok yesterday-need to stay under 23 pts! Breakfast toast 1 cantalope 1 banana 1 lunch yogurt 2 cantalope 1 crackers 3 blue cheese 3 popcorn 1.5 slush 2 cereal snack 1 dinner couscous 3 tomatoes zuccini blue cheese 2 toast 1 juice 1 cookie 1.5 candy 2 total: 27 pts Hope all is going well with everyone. My son is going in for surgery today. I told my husband to help me not eat from stress. Have a good day! |
Chee, you did great considering that your son is having surgery. I can imagine the stress you are under. What is he being operated for?

Chee - I hope things went well with your son's surgery. How old is your son? It's very tough to be under that kind of stress. We all give you a great deal of credit for hanging in there foodwise and all ways otherwise. Don't be too hard on yourself. KT you are doing great! Congrats on that 1.8. Ok let's see how the Thursday projection worked - It really does help doesn't it? Morning 1/2 large apple - 1 Cof - 1 Excercise Physical Therapy - does anyone know... does PT count as excercise? Midday Fish Tacos - 5 (yes I'm hooked on Wahoo's) 1/2 apple - 1 Dinner Plan - Simple Roasted Pork Tenderloin 4 oz (again) we bought a bunch on sale - 6 points Marinade sauce - 2 Bok Choy w/ 1/2 tsp of oil - 1/2 Sliced Roasted Potatos w/ dill - 2 pts 1/2 tsp Oil for potatos- 1/2 fudgecicle - 1 Water - at least 32 oz total: 20 points |
