Thursday projection - trying to plan ahead ... It really helped with Wed. eve... knowing where I wanted to end up pointwise kept me really focused during dinner so that I actually was able to bank 2 points from yesterday!
Morning 1/2 large apple - 1 Cof - 1 Excercise Physical Therapy - does anyone know... does PT count as excercise? Midday Fish Tacos - 5 (yes I'm hooked on Wahoo's) Dinner Plan - Simple Roasted Pork Tenderloin 4 oz (again) we bought a bunch on sale - 6 points Bok Choy w/ 1/2 tsp of oil - 1/2 Sliced Roasted Potatos w/ dill - 2 pts 1/2 tsp Oil for potatos- 1/2 fudgecicle - 1 Water - at least 32 oz |

breakies: luna 4 coffee lunch: salad from somewhere 2 cucumbers apricots 1 snack: americano from starbucks water something proteinaceous to tide me over 2-3 dinner: chinese banquet thing for the big party tums exercise: yup, gym in am water: si,si sunscreen: si,si burned nose not cute anymore |
