running late. dp has talk at 930 and is freaking out.
i almost forgot to do my demo yesterday.. breakfast: luna bar 4/ coffee egg white lunch: gyro meat pita salad 1/2 luna total : 8 snack: mrs. field cookie 6? dinner: 1/2 skinny cow 1 broccoli dolmathes (homemade) 5 rice 2 shrimp 3 total: 29 (don't think I over estimated, unfortunately) exercise: gym this am running around convention center water: yup got it all in challenge: staying awake and hydrated fun thing: sitting out in the sun working on my tan because my session got out early |
