Good Morning - back at work after being on vacation last week.
B: Decaf coffee (0/0) Baker's breakfast cookie (4/4) L: Chicken wrap in a soft tortilla (12/16) Chips (4/20) D: Huge salad w/FF dressing (1/21) 1/2 cup skim milk (1/22) Snack: WW 2 pt bar (2/24) 94% FF microwave popcorn (2/26) Water: 96 oz so far Exercise: Went to the pool w/DD (not much exercise) Point Range:18-25 Katie |

breakfast: luna bar 4/4 coffee snack: lunch: la salsa (grilled fish tacos and cheeps ) 7/ nordstroms for shirt shopping snack: dinner: beer 2/ veggies a bit of cheese 3/ beans/salsa/cheeps 4 dinner2: lettuce mom's rice - rice, cumin, vermicelli, etc. 4 chicken breast meat 1 skinny cow :rolleyes: 2/ exercise: walking back and forth to nordstroms :) tm at home - 45 minutes water: si,si goal: not to over indulge at reception - done |
