Since everyone doesn't walk for their activity... I thought I'd start a new thread to share our methods for earning activity points. I am on day 78 of my 90 day walking program... WOW! I can't believe I've stuck with it - and that I've switched from my late night walks to a 6:30AM walk!!! I hate the mornings... My husband is all out of sorts now because he is a morning person and misses his "alone" time. But he's thrilled to wake me up every morning to meet my neighbor for our walk. I am really noticing my hips melting away... My pants have an extra inch or two on each side now...
Sunday: 3.66 miles in 1 hr 5 min. (4 pts) HOT & HUMID!!!!
Monday: 2.6 miles in 46 min. (3 pts) Felt great...
Tuesday: Taking the Day Off
Wednesday: 3.5 mile fitness walk in Town - my first organized fitness entry ever!!! Took me 58 min. (4 pts)
Thursday: 3.36 miles in 57 min (4 pts)
Friday: Off - spent the day on the beach
Saturday: 3.8 miles at 5:30AM 1 hour 6 min (4 pts)
TOTAL - 16.92 miles
