Does carbonated water (seltzer) count?
 

I love zero calorie flavored seltzer water. Does this count as water? If not, I'll be very sad.

Everyone has their own opinions on it, but the way it was presented to me was that if you'd wash your laundry in it, then it counts as water.

Per the W/W books/handbooks/leader's manual...

any type of water counts....plain, sparkling, club soda, and unsweetened flavored seltzers count

additionally 1/2 of your required water requirement can come from decaff and non alcohol beverages such as milk, juice, Crystal Lite, etc
