We were just touching on this a bit in the Valentine's Day Challenge thread.
I love my snacks. I buy WW Cakes, Slow churned ice cream, rice cakes, etc. All things with low points and I always make sure I save points for them.
Will eating snacks like those hinder my weight loss? Or is it Ok as long as I'm in my points range?
I don't use my 35 bonus points unless I have to. And I try to eat all my veggies in a day.

(NOT!!)- no junk food, I rarely eat dessert but I do have a taste for the occasional Buttertart
