Two Point Snack
I just tried Stacy thin crisp Soy chips. I heard about them at a meeting. Since the store that carries them is kinda far i ordered them over the phone at 888-33-chips. I Love them, and only 2 point .

1/4 cup of quick oatmeal mixed with water and some nestle quik added to it is a yummy 2 point snack for me.

another good 2 point snack is the ice cream sandwich called Skinny cow. The store around here only carries vanalla i hope to change that

Yummy 2 Point Brownie
My mom just heard about this one at her meeting...
4 tablespoons fat free brownie mix (like Krusteaz) 2 tablespoons water mix in a dixie cup and microwave for one minute Dab a little Cool Whip Free on top and you have a really tasty 2 point dessert. (I know it seems a little odd, but they really are good!) |
Here's a new one that's actually a One point frozen snack....
Hagen Daz Frozen Chocolate Sorbet Pops They taste like a dark chocolate fudgecicle...mmmm:love: :love: :love: Also... Hagen Daz - Frozen (I think it's rasberry) sorbet pop - it's like a creamsicle - 2 pts ea. yummers! This may be already up there but there's always the Healthy Choice or Orville Reddenbacher 94% fat free popcorn. Only 2-3 pts for the whole bag. Patch |

2 point snack suggestion
Like everyone here, I am always looking for good suggestions. My suggestion for a 2 point snack => Hood makes the mini mint ice cream sandwiches. I love 'em!

My favorite 2 pt. snacks are l T. peanut butter heated in microwave for 30 seconds with celery sticks. Another is a box of cracker jacks. And my very favorite is a cow tail. Long rope like caramel candy with cream center. All these are 2 pt. each

I had a sweet craving today and wanted a low pt snack, it turned out yummy.... 1tsp of pb mixed with lt whip cream (about 2 tablespoons) spread on 2 chocolate grahams 2 pts total! yum! i"m sure it would have been good frozen but who has the patience??? |
spamming messages usually refers to repeating the same type of posting many times in different areas. it also may try to push a certain product or service.

another good one is one regular size reese's p.b. cup. its 4 pts for both, and 2 pts. for one.

Idea for 2 point snack
The WW 2 point bar is a great idea of you want something sweet. Another good idea are the Skinny Cows (my favorite is the chocolate skinny cows).

If you want a 2 point snack that's not sweet - there's always the good old 2 point sandwich:
2 slices light bread 6 slices Deli Select (or other thin lean meat) Ham or Turkey lettuce, tomato, mustard --- 2 points!!! |

Hey you guys! Over 1500 people have looked at this posting, but we have less than 15 ideas for low point snacks. I thought that we were much more creative than that!! :D
I like using a bit of banana with some berries and a little bit of milk in a blender. It's a nice smoothie snack thing. Just watch out for the blueberries though....you gotta brush and floss after eating those. andrea |
I have 2 sesame rivita with one squre of Sainsbury's As Good as It Gets low fat cheese, and a sliced tomato, and sprinkle a teensy bit of salt over it. 2 and a half points.
Even better, 125g of prawns, 2 points, with tomatoes and balsamic vinegar...yummmm |
1 Serving Chocolate Pudding 2 pts
I've worked out a 2 point dish of Chocolate Pudding that is quite good. I don't like to make a whole box of s/f f/f and have to eat it for four days. My idea may not be original but I like it and if you like chocolate you will too. I will post it in the W W Desert Recipe Section. Very easy.

Hi to all, The thing that gets me through for 2 points is a mint chocolate flavored cone with cool whip free in it instead if ice cream. Funnny how we can "trick" our brain into this and it realy works!!!!!!

1/4c Raisins = 2 pts 2 slices Lean Turkey Salami rolled up with a little ff mayo = 2 pts 2 Moo-Town Snackers Light String Cheese Sticks = 2 pts 12 Reduced Fat Wheat Thins Crackers = 2 pts 1 Jello Fat Free Pudding Cup = 2 pts 1 Baked Lays Potato Chips (individual serving size) = 2 pts 1 Flour Tortilla (12" size), heated and sprayed with FF butter spray = 2 pts 1 c Skim Milk = 2 pts |

Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches Dole Strawberry Fruit & Juice Bars Tropicana "Creamsicle" (forget the actual name) 1/2 c Blueberries with 1/2 c skim milk (1 1/2 pts) (My Mom used to give us this as kids...it's a comfort food for me) |
Vanilla yogurt over 1/2 c blueberries, 1/2 c raspberries - which is actually 3 pts :) but oh so good, esp this time of year when you can get both fresh! Had this for b'fast along with 1 pts of toast with Laughing Cow Light Cheese.

at my last ww meeting found out that Good Humor Fat Free Creamsicle are only 1 point each. Very very good.:)

was at WW this morning and found out that you can have 2 creamcsicles and not 1 for only 1 point.

Snacks, Snacks, and more Snacks
Some of my favorite snacks are:
-1 whole wheat flour tortilla with 1/2 c refried beans loaded with lettuce, tomato, and salsa 2pts -3/4 cup bran flakes and 1/2 cup skim milk 2pts -steamed veggies with 1 serving brown rice 3pts -Dannon light snack pack yogurt (only 1pt!) with some Fiber One cereal added -I make a small fruit salad with a 3oz banana, 1/2 cup strawberries, and 1/2 cup blueberries - all for 2pts! For added flavor sometimes I put 2tblsp of light Fat Free whipped topping on it- but you could use any fruit that is available (but I have to keep the whipped topping frozen otherwise I will want to eat a spoonful of it everytime I pass the fridge!!!!!) -A Boca Burger with a light hamburger bun loaded with romaine lettuce, tomato, pickle, and just a bit of onion - 2pts -carrots and salsa 0 -steamed fresh broccoli with 2pc Kraft 2% cheddar cheese 2pts -baked potato with salsa - 3pts -1 cup black beans with tomato, chili seasoning, a bit of onion, green peppers and whatever else you have - 2pts |
