Curves for Women

I'm thinking about joining Curves for Women (actually I've pretty much decided to do it tomorrow morning) and have heard nothing but excellent things about it. I searched through the archives and found a thread about it (that was also incredibly positive). I guess I was just wondering if there is anyone out there who isn't totally enamored with it? Does it get boring?

I think what I'm afraid of is that since it lacks the possible variety of a "normal" gym, I might get bored. Although, suplementing my Curves workouts with walking, hiking & biking (my current forms of exercise) should alleviate that. Any feedback from current or previous members?

Thanks!

Hi!!

I am currently a member and love Curves. I started this summer when I moved home to stay with my parents for the summer while on break from school. I missed the gym from school and was hoping to find something to fill in for a while. And boy did Curves do the trick.

I have not lost any weight since I started but I have been eating tons so that accounts for that!! Give Curves a try and you will love it. I like its flexibility that I can go whenever I want. Also it is the first workout I have found where I actually sweat.

Good luck.
