Happy July (I guess that should have been yesterday...)
b: puffed wheat, raisins, almonds, milk 6 coffee l: turkey sand 2 no croutons!!!! zucchini cherries 1 d: salmon 5 corn on cob w/bb marg 3 salad w/lt dsg .5 ital brd/butter 3 snack: bites of leftover mexfood 2 cherries .5 spoon of ice cream 1 total: 24 exercise: treadmill 40 -2 trying to hold back a bit today since I really overate on Friday & Saturday. Tomorrow is my last week (hopefully) of maintenance. I have to be "in the range". Later that day - so hungry |

breakfast: nutrigrain bar : only 10,000 left to go :) 3/3 coffee 1/4 lunch: cabbage slaw 1/5 hc chicken teriyaki 3/8 cherries 1/9 mozzarella stick 3/12 snack: two brandy filled cherries (its fruit right?) 2/14 carrot dinner: no idea. probably left over spaghetti sauce, chicken sausage 5/19 snacks:creamsicle 2/21 neapolitan ice cream sandwich 4/25 exercise: gym:rowing machine, stairmaster, weights dog putter: pm- perhaps run at park water:si,si vitamin: right now stress level: higher than you would believe :( |
