Hi everybody. Just a quick post before I leave the office. Can't believe it's Friday and this is the first chance I've had to check in. Haven't had time to read your posts; this one will have to be all about me :)

Bought the condo. Closing date is Feb. 15th. That means another eight weeks with my sister. Love her company but the room gets smaller and smaller with each passing day. It will be nice to have space again.

Have a "date" with M tomorrow. We'll borrow our friends' kids, watch Christmas videos and eat popcorn. Looking forward to it.

The season is hellish for turning voids in your life into large gaping holes. I love it usually; this year, I just want it to be over.

Shopping is done. No decorating, no cards, no carol singing (yet). Grateful that I'll be with my family from Dec. 23rd to Jan. 1st. They have promised to look after me. I need that right now.

Susan, good to hear from you. So, you bought the condo. I guess things worked out after all??? I'm so glad you'll be with your family during Christmas.
