Please...need help with old plan
 

Hello all, I haven't posted much but read this board for great inspiration. I'm searching for the WW 123 Success for vegetarians copyright 1998. I've had great success with WW before, but now I'm vegetarian and want to do it right. I called my local WW center but they cannot get this for me. If you could help me out- point me in the right direction, sell me your old plan, I would really appreciate it. I'm open to any suggestions. TIA

I have the WW 123 for vegetarians from 1998- I got it because I am very resticted on what proteins I can have with being allergic to chicken, turkey, and most fish so my leader let me have both intro books. It is 25 pages of text- point values, discussion on sources of non-meat based proteins, 7 sample days, etc. I probably will not get a chance to do much to help you until later this week- I have a bunch of doctors appt's and test Monday and Tuesday in preparation for my next surgery.
