Need points amount for 400 lbs..help please

  • Hi all, I am new to your forum. I have been on weight watchers before, and I have finally convinced my husband to try it with me. He has always been an Atkins dieter, but he has finally realized that it does not work for him, and he has finally listened to me and is willing to try weight watchers. He is a large guy. He is 6 foot 8 and about 400 lbs, possibly more. Does anyone have the correct points for his weight? The book doesnt really go that high. I was wondering if there was a formula for the points possibly. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.   • My book says more than 350 lbs 32-37 points.
  • In the QuickTrack booklet, it says 350+ lbs is 34 points... That's for the flex points system. I don't know if it's different for core, or which program you're looking at. I hope this helps. Good luck

    And here is the info specific to the weight you were talking about:
    POINTS TARGET - 34 (Weigh more than 350 lbs)
    Day 1 - 34 points
    Day 2 - 39 points
    Day 3 - 35 points
    Day 4 - 49 points Super High Day (SHD)
    Day 5 - 34 points
    Day 6 - 38 points
    Day 7 - 36 points
