UP UP UP and AWAY!!!!!

  • I am just having a terrible time trying to stay OP right now. I am usually not a sweet eater but have gobbled more choc covered popcorn the past 2 nights than I have in 2 years I am sure

I get below 150 and then bob back up again. I would just love to get to 149 or so and stay there till after Christmas.

Then really concentrate on the 150 to 138 struggle. This trip around this game board has been by far the most frustrating and hardest.

Age I am sure doesn't help and now our winter has hit - I really like to walk but it was -24 here this AM and dark by 4pm so don't get much walking in the wintertime

Is anyone else out there having as much of a struggle with this???

  • I too have found out lately that I am wanting more points then normal...I hear ya on this one.
  • Hey girls.... I find when I have a snack attack, that something like a pot of hot tea will calm me down. Try a nice caffeine free herbal tea....my fave is the black cherry blend by Celestrial teas. Just a thought, and then you are also getting more liquids in to count towards your water intake. hehe...the boys scouts were just around taking orders for their popcorn fundraiser. I bought 4 large tins of chocolate toffee covered popcorn. Thankfully they are all for gifts, as they are my favourite!!!
  • yeah im struggling too......
  • Hi there

I dont know if this helps at all, maybe its just me, but when are you weighing yourself. I've been doing it several times just to see what happens and notice right after I eat I gain like 1-3.5 ibs, then by the next morning its all gone again, and sometimes even more. So if one week you weigh yourself in the morning but the next after you eat it will look like you actually gained a few when really you might have dropped a few. It also might help you reach that 149 which will raise your spirits .

Last night I was really bad and went over a lot of points and I went back up to 136, but this morning I'm back to the 132.

Maybe this is common sense to others, but new to me

    Hope it helps.
