Question about meetings fees

I know that you get can get a "lower cost per meeting" by purchasing the meeting coupons . Does anyone know if they (WW) will be running any specials at the beginning of the new year ?

(just wondering if I can get the cost down somehow ...)

TIA ~

My area will be selling a "Season Pass" which will be good from 1/1/06 through 4/29/06. You can buy it starting 12/11. Catch is that it will cost $149 up front, but if you go every week, it brings the cost to ~$8.75/meeting.

WOW !!!

How did you find out they are offering that ?

Thanks ~

yeah right now the only thing they have going here for us is 50.00 for 6 weeks this last time it was 45.00 for 6 weeks to help us get through the holiday eating is what the card said :) yeah i think all areas offer different specials if you log on to the weight watchers site and enter your zip code to find a meeting in your area and click on the spot that says specials it may have something there I would just recommend checking back on that site or even stopping by a meeting and asking. I get flyers in the mail from time to time for specials to but, those are usually just the half off to join the meeting sorry wish i could be more help.

I haven't seen any information on the "season pass" yet. But in the past in our area is was $400 for the year, $200 something for half. Or something like that to work out to be between $7 and $8 a meeting.

Not all areas offer all promotions. We can't use most WW coupons and such in our area nor do we get as good of deals as the areas that belong to "international". Our books cost more and our meetings and joining fees also. Also, "super savers" only saves us like $8 over 11 weeks or something. I could stand to save $8, but can't really afford to pay $120 up front.

If your area will offer the annual and semi annual promotion you should get information soon I would think.

www.weightwatchers.com and to to FIND A MEETING enter your zipcode and they also list what specials they are currently running.

Additionally usually every January they run specials (some places it is free registration, some it is 1/2 price, etc just depends on the region).
