Less Than 12 to Go
I am getting so close to goal, but things have slowed rite down. It is soo discouraging. The rest of my weight loss has been rather quick (not dangerously quick or anything), but now I am down to the .2 or .4 thing. Any suggestions on how I can speed it up?

I'm kind of a "newbie" but I suggest:
1) check your water ... (I have a struggle with remembering to get it all in ... when I DO get it all in, I have better results) 2) I have read great things about the WENDIE plan where you "shake up" your points and have higher and lower point days ... 3) how about increasing your exercise ?? Try new foods. Shake things up- vary your pts daily. You already exercise lots; try different things. Be patient!
Oh- and for Christmas- enlist the help of someone you're close too and MAKE each other behave. No matter how good your Mom's or Aunt's food. :p Most importantly- look in the mirror and realize how AWESOME you look these days. Seriously- WOW! ~t~ |
I know I am having the same problem. get below 150 and just can't stay there
Didn't change my stats but had a good op week - using all but 6.5 of my flex and as of this am I am up 5 lbs!!!!!!! so I am really getting frustrated also. I can't seem to find something to do for exercise that entices me - our winter has put a kybosh on walking - too icy to even be worthwile and stair stepper bores me to tears. Cindy |
so SaskieMom ... u r going to slap my hand everytime it goes near a goody on Christmas?? and I will slap yours?? maybe we should put in a request that no goodies be made this year?
