As you can see, another sleepless morning here in southern Wisconsin. I'm contemplating an early morning walk....
B: Coffee (0/0) Oatmeal (2/2) Snack: (on the drive to Minnesota) Baker's breakfast cookie (4/6) L: Ham on LF bread (2/8) Carrots (0/8) Nectarine (1/9) D: Something good at my mom's house :) ? 1 cup skim milk (2/11) veggies of some sort (0/11) Snack: probably Water: 8 oz so far Exercise: 4 mile walk/52 minutes at 5:30 this morning :yawn: Point Range: 18-25 Katie |
Mmm, Mom's cooking. That sounds nice, KT. Sorry to hear about your continuing early hours. I was up at 2 a.m. the other night - ugh...

Wow, kt- I was up around that time showing the cat that there was indeed kibble in her dish. Glad it was light enough or warm enough to get your walk in.

Sleeplessnes is really the pits. I used to sleep through the night until I got married (3 yrs ago), and then I took on my husbands restlessness and haven't had a complete night's sleep since then.:mad: No, it's not THAT ;) ... he just tosses and turns throughout. OK here goe's... FYI I just discovered a wonderful easy and quick recipe for Scallops using Landolakes Fat Free "1/2 & 1/2". If anyone's interested let me know.
