b: puffed wheat, raisins, milk 5 1 sl lt tst w/butter spray .5 coffee l: turkey sand 2 spinach w/little parm & croutons 1 peach 1 d: brown rice 2 dal 3 kebabs 4.5 katchumber snacks: 1/2 oz cheddar 1 pretzels 1 chmilk 2.5 peach 1 healthy choice ice cream 3 plus a spoon of real ice cream 1 total: 27.5 exercise: treadmill 40 mins/body electric tape -3 weigh in tonight - hoping for a maintain - she lost 1.5 #! |

two days on track and it'll be amazing for me!!!!!!! BTW, cute picture. I had to open up the page in IE to see it. I work on a workstation with Netscape, so I can't always see everything. Funny though, since Melissa always pops up! breakfast: coffee 1/1 luna 4/5 snack: carrots 1/6 hummous w/rrp 1/7 water Lunch: hc turkey dinner 5/12 yoghurt 2/14 water snack2: mozz. stick 1/15 dinner: something that we can have for lunch tomorrow: green chile burritos- ground turkey breast, seasoned, green chile, cheese, rice baked with lala's homemade (vintage '00) salsa cabbage slaw post-gym/dog walk/bed snack: no idea tea goal for today: one more day diet soda free and water enriched and to visit the gym again and enjoy it more exercise: dog walk am, dog walk pm gym: 15 min circuit: elliptical, rowing machine, stepper, ab crunches and love every stinking minute vitamin: si, si |

Very warm week up here in the northland! Supposed to be in the upper 80's with the darned old humidity rearing its ugly head! B: Decaf coffee (0/0) Baker's breakfast cookie (4/4) L: 1 oz turkey on 2 slices LF bread (2/6) Watermelon (1/7) Carrots (0/7) D: 1 cup skim milk (2/9) Part of leftover chicken breast (2/11) Huge helping of steamed veggies (0/11) Baked french fries (4/15) Snack: WW 2 pt bar (2/17) Water: 96 oz plus Exercise: 2.5 mile walk outside Point Range: 18-25 Katie |

hmmm, i love hummus, but it's one of those "can't just eat a tablespoon and stop" kind of foods. There are so many of them...
