Good morning ladies! Bleary-eyed, tired and wondering if the sun will appear before the 4th of July.
breakfast: luna coffee 4/4 lunch: 1/2 turkey sandwich 5/9 pickle 1/4 c coleslaw 1/10 snacky-poo: 3 squares of ghiradelli mint choc 2/12 pre-dinner snack: no idea, how about a vegetable???? carrots and cottage cheese 2/14 dinner: tagliolini con asparagi e limone and gamberetti 5/19 home grown artichokes - anyone want some? pre-bed/post dogwalk snack: the dog: peanut butter and vitabones me: cherries and peanut butter 1+2 22/22 exercise: one moderate dog walk, one short one the gym: my day's challenge 35 min cardio vitamins: si, si water: yes today's goal: break the evil diet soda habit again |
