SPICE IT UP!

Try nutmeg on beans, cinnamon on carrots, basil on peas, or whatever! Check out a veggie cookbook from a library, and see what suggestions they have.

I didn't like veggies in the beginning either. Some of the things that got me thru were salsa, pickles and pumpkin. All vegetables! I'd add pumpkin and spice to my oatmeal, have pickles as a side with sandwiches. I'd add pickles onions lettuce tomato on veggie burgers. I'd have baked chips or bean burritos and use with salsa.
