okay, i better fess up. its been a stressful day
and its only getting worse. off to the take the dog to the vet. breakfast: luna 4/4 coffee snack: cherries 1/5 lunch: amy's pocket sandwich with lots of spinach 5/10 amy's pocket sandwhich with veggies (see i'm hungry) 4/14 snack: two oreos 2/16 a few fruit sweetened cookies 2/18 20 oz. decaf iced americano w/milk 1/19 dinner: artichokes or some such vegetable some sort of protein exercise: dog walk 30 min stairmaster love experience dog walk yard work water: nien vitamin: si,si |
