oh my god....wanna hear a scary thought? a personal pan cheese pizza hut pizza w 2 cheese breadsticks is 25 points! and that's excluding the soda.!25!!!!! to me that's being good....how scary is that!?

i usually if i'm going ot get pizza get the veggie personal pan and i think its 12 pts for the entire thing or i get the thin crust dominos pizza cheese only 1/8 of a medium pizza i think is 4 pts a slice pizza is my major treat cause its so many pts. thats not scary thats a special treat night and really it could be alot worse than that. dont be hard on yourself at all. you are doing a wonderful keep going and ya know part of those weekly pts the 35 is so we can have a small indulgence now and then .

If it makes you feel better, I calculated it as only 14 when I ate that EXACT thing just last week. I am good at lying to myself...:s

But not so good at math...hehe
